Wedges ship USPS from a different warehouse. If you order an EXTRA wedge alongside your MOBO, it will likely arrive at a different day.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: All orders will ship out within 0-48 hours. Once it leaves our warehouse, expect between 2-7 days to show up at your door.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There are several more logistical hurdles with your home country’s import and customs timelines that we cannot control, but most orders should get to your residence in about 1.5 -2.5 weeks after purchase.

Stiffness always wins. Your MOBO board training is going to ask your foot to spiral and twist. If that twist is blocked, so is your progress.
We wanted to ensure you have all the tools to get results. Check out the Foot Mobility Test. If you find that your foot is stiff, 3 minutes of mobility work with the WEDGE before you get on your board will make a difference you can FEEL, and unblock your blocks.
We know there’s a bunch of foot massage tools out there. This one works, costs less than a burrito, and will last a lot longer.
